return to rebuild

A community for women

A small, warm and safe space to meet, to share, to be heard and to find a feeling of belonging.

You never have to walk alone

Maybe you want to change jobs, are building something of your own, are learning to take care of yourself after a busy season, or are going through a tangle in your personal life or marriage. Or simply, you want a place to be understood and to talk sincerely with other women.

You don’t need to carry a “big wound”, and you don’t need to be in any particular “self-development” phase to join.

As long as you are looking for a place to connect, to share and to be yourself, you are always welcome.

A safe, connected online space

We have a private online space where members can talk, share questions, exchange ideas and find useful content shared in the community.

It is also a small library where you can watch recordings of the online gatherings, read materials, or watch videos and podcasts produced or chosen by Annie and Grace for the community.

You don’t have to be there all the time. Think of it as a space you can come back to whenever you need.

Regular gatherings

The last Friday evening of every month · 90 minutes

Every month, we meet online to pause for a while together, learn something new, or ask the questions we are carrying.

Each session includes:

A stretch of time to slow down, connect and be present with the body — instead of living only in our thoughts and to-do lists.

Sharing and practice around writing, storytelling, building a personal or business brand, and how to bring what you truly want to say into the world more clearly and truthfully.

You can also bring questions about work, an idea you are nurturing, something you are wondering about, or anything you would like to look at from a different angle.

A time for us to look together at the questions members are carrying.

Support during the week

You don’t have to wait for the monthly gathering to ask a question.

Members can post questions in the community and call on Annie or Grace whenever they need.

Each week, we set aside time to read and reply in depth to members’ questions.

In-person gatherings

A few times a year

Alongside the online connection, Return to Rebuild holds gatherings for the community, about once a quarter or twice a year, depending on the season.

It might be a morning or a whole day to eat, talk, practise, learn and simply be together in a real space.

It is also a chance for connections that began online to grow closer.

A small community, real connections

Return to Rebuild was not created to become a very big community.

We want to keep this place small enough for people to truly know each other, close enough for honest conversations, and comfortable enough that you never feel like just a name on a member list.

  • You can come to learn something.
  • You can come to ask a question.
  • You can come to meet women whose stories are very different from yours.
  • Or there are months you only want to be here quietly.

All of that is fine.

We only hope you find the place you want to belong to.
