transformation studio for women & purpose-driven businesses

know yourself. lead differently. express what matters.

A virtual space for women, and for the organisations working for what matters.

Here, we design and walk alongside transformation journeys — starting with returning to yourself, changing how you live and lead, and reaching all the way to expressing what you believe in to the world.

Transformation begins when we truly come back to ourselves

I believe each of us carries a very true part inside. I call it our true-self, or home-self. It is the part that knows who we are, what truly matters, and what kind of life we want to live.

But among so many responsibilities, expectations and social standards, we grow up and slowly drift away from that true part. The more used we become to meeting what is expected from outside, the easier it is to forget how to listen to the voice within.

A transformation journey is not about turning us into someone entirely new, nor about becoming some “better” version of who we are now.

It is a journey back to our truest self — to see clearly where we are, what has changed, what still holds its value, and what we truly want to carry with us on the road ahead.

From there, we can begin to rebuild the values in our life and career, in a way that fits more closely with the core values within us.

  1. see

    know yourself.

See clearly what is happening inside you.

  2. relate

    lead differently.

Bring that awareness into how you connect, love, work and lead.

  3. express

    express what matters.

Bring what you believe into the world, truthfully and with intention.

Transformation journeys

Each person and each organisation has a different pace and a different starting point. That is why the gracespace has no single method, and no one road for everyone.

We design different journeys to walk alongside you, based on what you are going through, what you want to change, and where you want to go.

For women

A woman in a white dress turns gently in a golden courtyard, one arm open wide, the other holding a bouquet A bunch of blush-pink and cream peonies, their petals softly layered

Return to yourself to shape the road ahead

Maybe you have spent years becoming a “model” — a woman who excels at work and keeps the home running; a responsible leader; a wife, a mother, a daughter who always tries to take care of everyone and get everything right.

Until one day, you are exhausted.

It does not have to take a crisis or some very big problem. It is simply that familiar rhythm, at some point, no longer fits. Work that once excited you now feels heavy. A relationship where you no longer feel understood. Or perhaps you are standing in a vague in-between and have begun to ask: “What do I really want for my life?”

We create spaces safe enough for you to pause, listen and understand yourself deeply — before choosing, on your own terms, what you want to do next.

Sometimes feeling unsteady is already enough to begin.

For organisations & teams

Sustainable growth begins with an organisation that is healthy from within

To lead an organisation over the long run, we need more than a good strategy or a valuable product; we need a foundation strong enough to hold. That foundation starts with the person at the top, is nurtured through the layers of management and the way the team works together, and gradually becomes the shared DNA of the whole collective.

the gracespace walks alongside founders and teams as they look again at, strengthen and transform how they create value — from packaging a service and conveying the brand message, to building relationships with customers and community. So that all of it becomes more genuine, healthy and sustainable, grounded in the core values and the vision the organisation pursues.

Co-creators

“it takes a village to raise a child.”

I think the same is true for women. We do not have to walk alone. On every stretch of the road, it is precious to have people who understand us well enough, stay close enough, and bring different perspectives to look back, to support us and to keep going together.

At the gracespace, we have partners who bring their own expertise, experience and perspective, to shape spaces and journeys that fit your own story.

Sometimes what we need is not a clear direction, but enough stillness to look deeply into ourselves.
