for women leaders and management teams

E&E Leadership Coaching Program

Emerge · Embody · Evolve

You have built a business that truly works. But must you keep carrying it all alone?

6-month journey · led by Grace and Annie

You have made hard decisions, built a team and taken the organisation through no small number of challenges.

You know you have leadership ability.

But perhaps, somewhere inside, you sometimes ask yourself:

“Is the way I run this business truly sustainable? And is this the way I want to do it?”

E&E is a 6-month journey for women CEOs/founders and their closest managers, to look together at how they lead, how the team works with each other and how the organisation operates – from the inside out.

The aim of the programme is not to turn you into a different leader.

It is for you to lead from inner steadiness, build a team that knows how to carry things together, and no longer have to trade yourself away to keep everything running.

the mirror

Behind a woman CEO/founder who always knows what she has to do, there are sometimes things that are rarely said aloud.

  • You want to empower people, but often still find yourself needing to check again, fix again, or “do it yourself to be sure.”

Not because the team isn’t capable. It may simply be that you don’t yet feel at ease when things aren’t “in the palm of your hand”

  • You want your team to be more honest with you, but you also fear that if you are too soft and approachable, you will lose your steadiness and the authority of a leader.

So you always keep your distance.
And without meaning to, you make it hard for others to come closer.

  • When the company struggles, you feel like you have failed too.

When something doesn’t go as hoped, it is hard not to take it as being about you.

You are not only running the business. You are carrying it inside you.

At some point, that strength begins to tire you…

Decisiveness, the ability to control and the habit of always moving forward have brought you many achievements.

But what once made you successful is not necessarily what will help you go the distance.

our philosophy

A different way to lead

There is a way to lead without having to choose between strength and authenticity.

It doesn’t begin with a new formula.
It begins with how a leader understands herself.

When a CEO recognises what her real strength is, and when she is controlling out of fear, the way she makes decisions gradually changes.

When empathy is seen as an ability rather than a weakness, the team also has more chance to speak up, take initiative and carry things together.

And when an organisation can hold itself up, the CEO no longer has to be the pillar keeping everything standing.

She can return to her real work: leading.

the framework

The 6-month journey

A structured journey where you and your managers grow together – from the inside out.

  1. months 1 & 2

    Emerge

    Leading from authenticity

Before changing how we lead others, we need to see clearly what is really happening inside us.

You may already know that you tend to take on too much, find it hard to let go, and want everything done the way you believe is right.

But what matters more is understanding: Why am I like this?

In Emerge, you begin to recognise when you are acting from steady inner strength, and when quiet fears are leading the way.

    You will receive…

A clearer sense of yourself, of what you are doing and of what you want to change in how you lead.

  2. months 3 & 4

    Embody

Leading with the feminine already within you

    • Empathy.
    • Intuition.
    • The ability to sense a space and notice what hasn’t been said aloud.

…are not things to be removed in order to become a “tough enough” leader. On the contrary, they may be some of your most competitive strengths.

In Embody, you and your management team practise creating a genuine sense of safety in the group – where people can tell the truth, listen to each other and share responsibility for a common goal.
You will also experience what is different when you lead through presence with your team.

    You will have…

The ability to lead without having to choose between strong and authentic.

  3. months 5 & 6

    Evolve

Building an organisation that doesn’t depend on its leader being present everywhere, all the time

This is when the changes within you and your management team begin to enter, naturally, how the organisation runs every day.

Together we will look at how work is currently shared and assigned, how the team coordinates, how decisions are made, and the things that exist but haven’t been acknowledged and fully resolved.

From there, you begin to build a more suitable way of working:
truly delegating, coordinating more deeply, and creating an environment where people can share even the smallest problems, instead of waiting until they become a crisis.

    You will have…

An organisation able to hold itself up, with people supporting each other more proactively — so you no longer have to manage every small detail, and have time to truly lead and guide the team towards a shared vision and strategy.

How will we walk together?

18 sessions over 6 months.

Change in how you lead doesn’t happen in just one coaching session or in theory you can read anywhere. We walk with you through conversations to better understand the real situation in your organisation, and from there design a path and programme that fit, packaged just for you and your team.

  1. week 1

    CEO Session

    90 minutes

    A space entirely for you.

To go deeper, see more clearly and be honest with yourself about what you truly want, or about what weighs on you in the business.

  2. week 2

    Managers Session

    90 minutes

A coaching session for the management team to understand themselves and their role in the organisation, rather than simply becoming people who do the work better.

It is also where they can say what is hard to say when the CEO is in the room.

  3. week 3

    Integration Week

This week is time for you and the team to begin a specific practice agreed after the previous 2 coaching sessions.

  4. week 4

    All Together

    120 minutes

A coaching session for you and the management team to practise sharing, listening and connecting.

In addition, the programme includes 2 retrospective sessions, to look back together every 3 months:

  • What is changing?
  • What is still stuck?
  • What we need to adjust in the next stretch of the journey.

What can you and your team gain after the programme?

  • You are no longer the only one responsible for the organisation’s steady growth.

  • The management team truly begins to lead the staff beneath them with initiative, instead of waiting to be assigned work.

  • A collective that can share and be transparent with each other, before something that seems small can become a crisis.

  • You can begin to truly delegate to your staff, because you have enough trust to stop controlling everything.

But perhaps most important of all, on a very ordinary morning, you suddenly realise:

“I no longer have to carry everything alone.”

This programme may suit you if…

  • You are a woman CEO/founder directly running an organisation of fewer than 20 people.
  • You have 1–2 managers and are ready to invite them to step into this journey with you.
  • You sense that some of the organisation’s difficulties begin with how it is led – and you are ready to look honestly at your share of responsibility.
  • You are not looking for a quick fix. You want to create a change deep enough to stay for the long run.

This may not be the programme for you if…

  • You are looking for a standard course to learn basic leadership skills.
  • You want to focus on changing the team but are not yet ready to look at how you yourself operate and lead.
  • You expect to see big changes in just 30 days.

Real transformation takes time.

Frequently asked questions

My team and I are already overloaded. Would a 6-month programme make everything heavier?

In fact, the aim of the programme is the opposite.

We designed this journey to fit the rhythm of life of people who are directly running an organisation.

Each month has only 1–2 main sessions. Week 3 has no calls at all, so you and your team have a natural gap for practising and bringing what you have learned into your work.

The aim is not to put one more thing on your shoulders.

It is to look together at:

Which things could you already stop carrying?

I want to build trust with my team, but I fear that if I’m too vulnerable in front of them, I will lose my credibility and standing as a leader. In the All Together sessions, do I have to share everything?

Not at all.

Empathy and authenticity don’t mean sharing everything.

Week 1 — the session just for the CEO — is a private space where you can look safely at the deeper issues inside you.

By Week 4, when you and the team practise together, the focus will be honesty at work and building trust in how the organisation runs, not sharing private stories or personal wounds.

You will learn to lead authentically while keeping clarity and steadiness in your role — and become closer and more approachable to your team at the same time.

Why do I need to bring my managers into the programme? Can I join on my own?

You can absolutely begin to change on your own.

But an organisation’s culture can’t be changed by one person alone.

If only the CEO changes how she leads, the team may not yet know how to receive and respond to that change.

And when old pressures return, old ways of working easily come back with them.

When the closest managers step into the journey together, the changes have a chance to go deeper into how the whole team works with each other.

You learn to let go a little.

They learn to take on the responsibility given to them.

And both sides have the chance to build a new way of working, based on trust rather than dependence.

We are a fast-growing startup. Can the programme be shortened to a few intensive days?

It can be very tempting to think that a few intensive days will make everything change quickly.

But real changes in behaviour and leadership usually need more time than that.

A weekend course can bring a lot of inspiration.

But when you return to work on Monday, under familiar pressures, it is very easy to slip back into the old ways.

Six months gives us enough time to try new ways of delegating, to move through the discomfort of beginning to let go, to be allowed to try, get it wrong and adjust in a space safe enough — and then, step by step, to build more lasting rhythms of work.

Because change is not only understanding something new.
It is the process of living with that new thing long enough for it to truly become a different way of living and working.
