if you need to reschedule
If you need to reschedule, I’d be grateful if you let me know 4 hours before the session. We’ll then choose a new time that suits us both better. I can accept rescheduling at most 2 times; after that, if you can’t arrange it, I’ll refund 50% of the session fee.
if you need to cancel
The fee is refunded 100% if you cancel more than 12 hours before the session. Later than that, the cancellation fee is 10%. The session is treated as automatically cancelled if you are 30 minutes late without prior notice; in that case the fee is not refunded.
